Is this a surveillance tool?
No. Clessira has no employer dashboard and uploads nothing. It is a personal tool; the record stays on your Mac and only you see it.
Can it track overtime and flexitime?
Yes. Set your working hours and a weekly target, and Clessira shows overtime and flexitime against it.
Does my employer see my data?
No. There is no account and no cloud. Your hours live in a local file on your Mac that only you control.
